Can I return my order for a refund?
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
All items must be tried on indoors on carpet so there are no signs of wear.
If you use our UK return label this will cost £3.99 which will be deducted from your refund.
Follow these simple steps
Fill out the RETURNS FORM (also found on the reverse side of your delivery note that came with your order) and place inside the shoe box.
Repackage the item in the original shoe box & packaging. If you do not have the original packaging please use something similar to protect the item
Ensure that any original delivery labels are covered
Send using a postage method of your choice (cost to be covered by yourself) & obtain proof of postage in case your return does not reach XY London
Please allow up to 5 working days after receipt for your refund to be processed

Royal Mail charge £3.99 for this service, if you choose to use this service £3.99 will be deducted from your refund for each label used.
